The basics

This site is operated by KAGAKI from California, United States. By browsing or buying, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Pricing & availability

All prices are listed in US dollars. We try to keep prices and product availability accurate at all times, but errors and stock changes occasionally happen. If we discover an error in pricing or stock for an order you've placed, we'll write to you and either correct, refund, or cancel — whichever is fairest.

Orders

An order placed on the site is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline. In the rare case we decline, we'll refund any payment in full. See Delivery & Returns for the practical side of fulfillment.

Intellectual property

The KAGAKI name, mark, photography, and writing on this site are the property of KAGAKI. You're welcome to share, link, and recommend a KAGAKI piece personally. Please don't reproduce our writing or photography for commercial use without asking us first.

Use of the site

Use the site as it's intended — to browse, buy, and read. Don't attempt to interfere with how the site works, scrape it at scale, misuse the contact form, or impersonate other people.

Liability

Handmade pieces will carry small natural variations. We describe them honestly on each product page. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAGAKI's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the price of the piece in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
