Shipping from California, with care

Each KAGAKI piece is checked, hand-packed, and sent from our California studio. Here is what to expect.

Shipping

We ship within the United States with tracked delivery. Standard shipping is a flat rate; orders over $50 USD ship free. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days of dispatch, though carrier timing varies.

International shipping is something we're working toward. If you're outside the US and would like a piece, write to us and we'll let you know when it opens, or arrange a one-off shipment when possible.

Processing time

Most pieces ship from California within 1–3 business days. New variations and limited-edition pieces may take a few days more — we'll write if we need a moment longer. Hand-made things are made by hand.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your piece ships. If a tracking update stalls for more than two days, write to us and we'll follow up on your behalf.

Returns

If a piece isn't right for you, return it within 14 days of delivery — unworn, in its original packaging. Start a return through the contact page; we'll send the return address and a short note on next steps.

Once we receive the piece, we issue the refund to the original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or design, an exchange is often easier than a refund. Tell us what you'd prefer and we'll arrange it.

If a piece arrives damaged

Send a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll either send a replacement, repair the piece, or refund — whichever you'd prefer. Damage in shipping is rare, but we make it right when it happens.

Long-term care and repair

Cord softens with years of wear. If a piece needs a small repair after long use, write to us. We try to repair, replace, or otherwise honor the piece as long as we can. See Jewelry Care for the everyday side of this.
