How long until my order ships?

Most pieces ship from California within 1–3 business days. New variations and limited-edition pieces may take a few days more — we'll write if we need a moment longer. See Delivery & Returns for the rest.

Are the bracelets adjustable?

Most are. The slip-knot system fits roughly 6.0″ to 8.0″. A few crystal-beaded pieces are sized — those are noted on the product page. The Size Guide shows how to measure.

Are the crystals real?

Yes. Rose quartz, the stones we use, and natural cord — all real. The small mineral lines, faint clouding, and tiny inclusions you might see are part of how the stone grew. We don't polish them away.

I see small marks on the stone. Are these flaws?

They're not. They're the language of the stone, the trace of long, slow time. KAGAKI is built around honoring these natural signatures rather than chasing factory perfection. Read more in our Craft Philosophy.

Can I customize a piece?

Often, yes. For color, length, or small bespoke requests, write to us through the contact page. We'll let you know what's possible and how long it would take.

Do you ship internationally?

For the moment, we ship within the United States. International shipping is something we're working toward — write to us if you'd like to be told when it opens.

What if my bracelet breaks?

Cord softens with wear. If a knot fails or a piece needs a small repair after long use, write to us with a photo. We try to repair, replace, or otherwise make it right.

Do you offer wholesale?

Possibly, depending on the shop. Reach us through the contact page with a brief note about your store and we'll talk.

How do I contact you?

The contact page is the fastest way. We read it ourselves, and most replies arrive within 1–2 business days. For personalized appointments, mention "appointment" in your message.
