Most replies arrive within 1–2 business days. For an appointment, just say "appointment" in your first message.

Custom and bespoke

For color requests, lengths, materials, or a small one-of-one piece, send a brief description of what you have in mind. We will let you know what is possible, how long it would take, and what it would cost before any commitment.

Care and repair
