Design Concept

Twin – 縁 began with the kind of quiet bracelet a wearer returns to without thinking. A pair of bracelets in matched but distinct tempers — for two people who keep a quiet between them. The piece is designed to live on the wrist daily — small enough to disappear under a sleeve, present enough to be felt when the hand finds it. The kanji 縁 sits at the centre of the name: a small character holding the piece's register, a small visual anchor for what the bracelet is for.

Material & Craft

Hand-braided cord with floral-bead detail and double-coin / infinity knot. Two colorways (paired as friendship/couple set or worn singly; the red variant leans into the red-string tradition). Adjustable closure. Each piece is finished by hand in our studio in small batches. Small braid-tension or knot-position variation is intentional and part of the made-by-hand register — not a defect. The sliding-knot closure is hand-tied to allow the wrist to find its own size, and the cord is meant to soften gradually with daily wear.

Energy & Intention

A pair worn between two people — friendship, partnership, sibling — without ceremony. Each piece is its own marker; together they read as one. In several cultures the red string is read as a quiet thread of connection between two people. KAGAKI treats this register interpretively, not as a religious or medical claim — a small daily reminder rather than a promise. Care Note

Hand-braided cord softens with daily wear — that softening is part of the piece, not damage. Avoid prolonged water, perfume, lotions, and harsh sunlight. Remove before bathing, swimming, or sleeping. The sliding-knot closure adjusts to most adult wrists; pull gently to size and the knot will hold without re-tying.
