Refund Policy

At KAGAKI, each piece is prepared with care, intention, and respect for the person who will wear it. I hope your piece arrives safely and feels meaningful to you.

If you are not fully happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned with their original packaging when possible.
- Custom, personalized, final sale, and digital products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

Refunds:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items:
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. I will help resolve it as soon as possible.
