Shipping Policy

 

Every KAGAKI piece is checked, hand-packed, and shipped from our studio in Hollywood, California.

 

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we are working toward - if you are outside the US and would like a piece, write to us through the contact page and we will let you know when it opens, or arrange a one-off shipment when possible.

 

Processing time

Every KAGAKI piece is handmade, and good handwork takes time. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing before your order ships. New variations and limited-edition pieces may take a little longer - we will write if we need a moment more. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Holiday delivery: For delivery by Christmas within the lower 48 U.S. states, please order by Friday, December 4. For Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories, please order by Tuesday, December 1. If you need a piece after these dates, please email hello@kagaki.com before ordering and we will do our best to help.

 

Rates and delivery

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout, and orders of $39 USD or more ship free. Expedited options are available at checkout if a piece needs to arrive sooner. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days of dispatch, though carrier timing varies.

 

Tracking

Every order ships with tracked delivery. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your piece is on its way. If a tracking update stalls for more than two days, write to us and we will follow up on your behalf.

 

If a piece arrives damaged

Send a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement, repair the piece, or refund it - whichever you would prefer.
