Shipping Policy

 

Every KAGAKI piece is checked, hand-packed, and shipped from our studio in Hollywood, California.

 

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we are working toward - if you are outside the US and would like a piece, write to us through the contact page and we will let you know when it opens, or arrange a one-off shipment when possible.

 

Processing time

Most pieces ship within 2-5 business days. New variations and limited-edition pieces may take a few days more - we will write if we need a moment longer. Hand-made things are made by hand.

 

Rates and delivery

Standard shipping is a flat rate, and orders over $39 USD ship free. Expedited options are available at checkout if a piece needs to arrive sooner. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days of dispatch, though carrier timing varies.

 

Tracking

Every order ships with tracked delivery. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your piece is on its way. If a tracking update stalls for more than two days, write to us and we will follow up on your behalf.

 

If a piece arrives damaged

Send a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement, repair the piece, or refund it - whichever you would prefer.
