Design Concept
Loom – 織 began as a study in layering — two strands of natural fiber and gold-tone metallic thread wound twice over a single nephrite jade bead, kept at the front-center of the wrist. The kanji 織 carries the slow, repeating motion of weaving — the way attention is built one quiet pass at a time. The double layer is not decorative; it is the bracelet's argument that small, ordinary care, repeated, holds.

Material & Craft
Handmade with double-layer twist-braided cotton cord (turquoise + gold-tone metallic + warm mustard strands) wrapping a single round nephrite jade focal bead (~10 mm, light celadon green). A sliding adjustable closure with two cord ends finished in small gold-tone knot caps. No clasp, no charms beyond the central jade. Each piece is finished by hand; the curve of the cord, the seat of the jade, and the catch of the metallic thread carry small natural variation between bracelets.

Jade has long been associated with quiet steadiness — a stone kept close as a small daily reminder of patience.
