Botanic – 草 | Botanical Shell Spiritual Earrings

Design Concept

Botanic – 草 began with what remains after a thing has bloomed. These are not flowers — they are dried fruit shells, the lightweight architecture left when the seed inside has gone. Set into antique gold-tone hoops, the shells become less a study of nature and more a study of what time leaves behind: form without filling, presence without urgency. The kanji 草 names grass, herb, the small wild plant — but in the older calligraphic register, it also names the rough draft, the first quiet version of something.

Energy & Intention

Most jewelry holds a peak — the brightest gem, the most polished surface. The earrings are designed for the wearer who knows that completion is not the same as exhaustion: that a fruit shell, emptied, can still hold light differently than a fresh leaf can.
