Design Concept / デザインコンセプト

Veil – 紗 takes its identity from the mineral itself: tourmalinated quartz, a clear stone shot through with fine black tourmaline threads — light with shadow already inside it, transparency with structure already present. The piece is built around that visual paradox: protection that does not require armor, clarity that does not require erasing the darker threads. The kanji 紗 names a thin silk gauze — the kind that lets light through while still being a visible material.
